Arlene T. Goeltzenleuchter, 81, of Antwerp passed away Thursday, November 14th, at Vancrest of Antwerp.
Arlene was born in Monroeville, Indiana on February 3, 1932, a daughter of the late Elsie (Monnier) and Francis Lothamer.
She worked at the IGA in Antwerp; was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
On Oct. 28, 1950 she married Robert Goeltzenleuchter. He died March 2, 1984.
Arlene's main love in life was her family, spending many hours with her granddaughter & great grandchildren. After her great grandchildren fondly named her "Great", others called her the same.
After moving to Vancrest of Antwerp, she enjoyed sitting outside with family & friends. Talking about her beloved Cleveland Indians with anyone who would let her, was one of her favorite past times.
Arlene will be missed by many, including her children, Robert Ray of Fort Wayne & Lee Ann (Ronald) Fletcher of Woodburn; granddaughter, Cindy (Jonathon) Paulison of Antwerp; great grandchildren Emily Raylene, Alex Robert & Jared Robert Phillips, Parker Wayne Bates all of Antwerp & Trinity Ann Paulison of Fort Wayne; siblings, Wilbur (Leatrice) Lothamer of New Haven, Gerald (Vickie) Lothamer of Springfield, Ohio, Linda (Victor) Adams of Hicksville, Carol (Richard) Lemper of Hicksville, Norman (Jeannine) Lothamer of Leo, Judy (Roger) Kitchen of Hamilton, IN; & sister-in-law, Ivah Belle Lothamer of Paulding.
Also preceding her in death are her son, Kim Allen & siblings, Wayne Lothamer & LaDonna (Jerry) Baker.
No services or visitation will be scheduled.
