Barbara E. Mason, 79, of Woodburn, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her residence.
Barbara was born in Woodburn on June 12, 1932, a daughter of the late Marie and Victor Malfait.
She retired from Sheller Globe, Grabill. On April 23, 1955 she married Carl Mason, who passed away Nov. 10, 2007.
Barbara will be sadly missed by her son, Mike (Julie) of Woodburn; granddaughter, Nicole (Ryan) Jewell & great grandchildren Xander & Jaxson Jewell all of Fort Wayne.
She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Joseph & Albert Malfait, Estella Taylor, Ida Dewey, Mary Minnich, Evonna DeFore & Margaret Brindle.
Viewing is Wednesday, 2-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
Her funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp at 11 am, with viewing one hour prior, on Thursday, January 26th, with Rev. David Atchley officiating.
