Charles Edward Jones

Charles  Edward Jones, 92, of Antwerp,  passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Charles  was born in Fort Wayne on January 13, 1930, a son of the late Bertha Mae (Langston) and Charles Glen Jones.

He proudly served his country in he US Air Force. Charles worked at BF Goodrich until his retirement. 

Charles will be sadly missed by his wife, Marilyn (Thatcher), to whom he was married on March 13, 1954; children, Edward (Kathy) Jones, Vicki (Marvin) Miller, Michael Jones, Linda (Gene) Thorp & Donald (Kathryn) Jones: 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren..

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Norma Lothamer, Betty Harpel & Phyllis Blevins and grandson, Stephen Jones.

Viewing is 10:00 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 14th at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W River Street, Antwerp.

His graveside service is NOON on Tuesday, June 14th at Bethel Cemetery, 16998 C-73, Antwerp.
