Christine A. Zuber

CHRISTINE A. ZUBER, age 75, of Antwerp, Ohio , passed away at 4:05 AM, Thursday, November 23rd, 2006 at Dallas Lamb Foundation Home, Payne, Ohio.

Born in Paulding, Ohio on September 13, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John and Ann Lucile (Clark) Hessler.

She married Richard Zuber on August 30, 1952. He passed away June 20, 1986.

Christine worked in housekeeping at Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville after her husband died.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Antwerp. Christine delivered Meals on Wheels, worked at polling locations for the Paulding County Election Board, enjoyed bowling and loved her family.

Christine will be sadly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda & Charles Hankinson of Antwerp; son and daughter-in-law, Edward & Dottie Zuber of Huntington, Indiana;
sisters, Rosemary Sharp of Rochester, Michigan and Marie Kilpatrick of Port Charlotte, Florida; brother, William Hessler of Payne; 6 grandchildren, Brandy, Kelly, Angie, Sara, Sam & Jenna and 10 great grandchildren.

Her brother, John Hessler, has passed away.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Antwerp, at 10 AM on Monday, November 27th, with Father Thomas Oedy and Deacon Robert Nighswander officiating.

You may call Sunday, 2 to 8 PM, with an 8 PM Catholic Vigil Service at Dooley Funeral Home by Deacon Robert Nighswander.

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.

Contributions may be made to the church or Dallas Lamb Activity Fund or Paulding Area Visiting Nurses in Christine's memory.
