Dana D Price

Dana D. Price, 87, of Sherwood, formerly of Antwerp passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Genesis Healthcare, Bryan.

Dana was born in Grover Hill on May 8, 1928, a son of the late Evah (Corlew) and Fred  Price.

He served proudly in the U.S. Army in the Korean War; worked at BF Goodrich and owned a Pure Oil Gas Station. Dana was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Antwerp VFW and American Legion Posts and the Paulding Eagles.

In 1998 he was preceded in death by his wife Katy Bitler.  He later married Ruby Huebner, who survives.

Dana will be sadly missed by his wife, Ruby of Sherwood; children, Elevlyn Moss, Candace Johnson, Dana (Kathleen) & Robert (Gaye)  all of Mesa, AZ; stepchildren, Mike Wirth of Harlington, TX; Gloria Jean (Tom) Shininger, Beverly (Wayne) Fritz, John (Carol), Gary (Ruth) & Scott (Christen) Wirth all of Sherwood, Hal (Kim) Kemerer of Antwerp; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren. A granddaughter, Stephanie Price & stepson, Gary Kemerer also preceded him in death. 

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp at 11 am on Thursday, December 24th,  with viewing one hour prior.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery with military honors.
