Dennis P. Steele

Dennis Paul Steele, 49, of Greenville, SC, formerly of Defiance, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at his home.

Dennis was born in Paulding on April 12, 1972, a son of Ruth (Elkins) Miller & the late Dennis Steele.

Dennis was a graduate of Antwerp High School. He worked as a Machinist at Compx National in Greenville, SC. Dennis was a positive and kind person whose social nature always brought him to meeting and talking to new people. Dennis was an outdoors person who loved to fish, hunt, camp, and cook. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Jennifer Steele, to whom he was married February 8, 2020; his mother, Ruth (Butch) Miller; children McKenzie Steele & Kaden Steele; stepchildren, Jacob Miller & Lexis Booher; siblings, Fayette (Tim) Wroblewski, Flint (Brenz) Miller, Dawn (Brian) Birner, Eric (Stacy) Miller, Michael (Jerica) Miller; & his dogs, Jax & Nymeria.

He was also preceded in death by his stepbrothers, John & Mark Sinclair.

Service is Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11 AM at the funeral home.
