Dorothy Hobeck

Dorothy M. Hobeck, 97, of Paulding, Ohio, passed away at 1:10 am, Monday, November 12th, 2007 at Manor House Assisted Living, Antwerp.

Dorothy was born in Allen County, Indiana on March 25, 1910, the daughter of the late Walter G. and Ruby R. (DeLong) Stevenson.

She was a homemaker and a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church & Payne Grange.

On October 29, 1928 she married Dale Hobeck, who died in 1994.

Dorothy will be sadly missed by her daughters, Marjorie (George) Underwood & Donna (Mike) Molitor, both of Antwerp; sons, Harley (Rita) of Edgerton, Bill (Sue) of Hicksville & Leland (Frances) of Fort Wayne; brothers, Frank Stevenson of Muncie, IN & Robert of Springfield, OH; 19 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren & 21 great great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her brothers, Arthur, Henry, Edgar & Walter Stevenson & grandson, Stanley Underwood.

You are invited to participate in her funeral service at Antwerp United Methodist Church at 11 am on Friday, November 16th, with Rev. Michael Schneider officiating.

You may call Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp and Friday, one hour prior to her service, at the church

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.

The family requests donations to the church; Paulding Area VNA or Paulding Senior Center.
