Dorothy A. Wannemacher, 78, of Payne, passed away Friday, September 5th, 2008 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Dorothy was born in Payne on June 8, 1930, the daughter of the late John and Sarah (King) Cluts.
She was a nurses aid in the O.B. Dept. at Paulding County Hospital.
Dorothy was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Parish, Payne American Legion Post Auxiliary, the Town & Country Club. She like to crochet, sew and bake.
On October 21, 1950, she married Robert, who survives.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Bob, sons, Lynn (Joanne) of Naples, FL, Dana (Kim) of Roanoke, IN, Rob (Deb) of Payne; brother, Harry (Helen) Cluts of Payne and grandaughters, Sarah (Toby) Sennebogen & Amber & Amelia Wannemacher.
Preceding her in death are her sister, Elizabeth Cluts & brothers, Robert & Roy Cluts.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Divine Mercy Catholic Parish (formerly St. John the Baptist), Payne, at 10 am on Monday, September 8th, with Rev. G. Allan Fillman officiating.
She will be laid to rest at St John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Payne.
