Eileen Evelyn Donat

Eileen Evelyn Donat of Antwerp, kept her appointment with Jesus at 1:50 am, Saturday, February 10, 2007 at her home.

She was born in Antwerp on October 15, 1921, the daughter of Joseph Weldon Powell and Nola Fay Manges.

On December 25, 1940 she married Marion "Pete" Donat. He passed away November 15, 1986.

Eileen was a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church and its Womens Group.

She worked at Dana Weatherhead, Antwerp, retiring after 30 years of service and was a member of the Weatherhead Pioneer Club.

A devoted Mother, Grandma, Great grandma (Nana) and Sister, she will be deeply missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and David Carr of Antwerp; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Mary Donat of Antwerp; sister, Eula, Howard of Fort Wayne and sister-in-law, Dorothy Balser of Antwerp; grandchildren, Jeff Donat, Lynne Carr, Gary and Kristi Donat and Jennifer Carr; great grandchildren, Justin, Alea, Mason, Kadi, Karsen Donat, Lydia Carr and David Addis and her loving cousin, Pauline Jordan.

You are invited to participate in her funeral service, Tuesday, 11 am, Antwerp United Methodist Church, where you may call one hour prior to the service, with Reverend Mike Schneider officiating.

You may also call, Monday, 2 to 9 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.
