Esther Carr

Esther F Carr, 91, of Lathrup Village, MI, went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2008, at Briar Hill Health Care Center in Middlefield, OH.

She was born February 18, 1917, in Antwerp, the daughter of the late Emelia Boylan (Schade).
She was a graduate of Bowling Green University. She married Robert F Carr on August 19, 1950, in Antwerp.

Mrs. Carr was a member and past president of the Birmingham Republican Women's Club and Lathrup Village Women's Club. She was a member of Northbrook Presbyterian Church, Beverly Hills, MI.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Nancy Carr of Middlefield, OH.

She is preceded in death by her mother, sister and two brothers.

Services will be held on Sept 27, 2008, 11 am, at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, with Rev. Ralph Klinker officiating.

Burial will be at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.

A memorial service was held on Sept 20, 2008, at Northbrook Presbyterian Church.
