Florence E, Fisher

Florence Elizabeth Fisher, 88, of Payne passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.

Florence was born in Antwerp on October 26, 1926, a daughter of the late Ollie Mae (Sharp) and Lawrence Edward Williams.

She loved to bake and was known for her great wedding cake baking skills. Florence also loved to bowl and acted in plays at the Paulding County Historical Society.

On April 11, 1969 Florence married Richard W. Fisher, who died February 23, 2009.

She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Carol (Green) Richmond of New Haven & Janet (Green) Evans of Payne; step children, Cozette Carlisle of Alton, IL & Carl Fisher of Fort Wayne; 6 grandchilden; 2 step grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren & 3 great great grandchildren.

Florence was preceded in death by her siblings, Doris Sbyder, Nellie Williams, Grace Byers, Ida Traucht, Leslie Willams, Glen Williams & Ralph Williams.

Viewing is Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 10 to 11 am  at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne . 

Her funeral service is at Lehman Cemetery, Payne, at 11:30 am on Thursday, October 22nd.
