Frances Slattery
Frances Slattery, age 86 of Antwerp, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 at her residence.
She was born May 22, 1924 in Antwerp a daughter of the late Harry & Bessie (Starry) Drexler.
On Dec. 26, 1943 she married Leroy Slattery, who passed away Feb. 10, 2011. They farmed and operated their own sawmill together. Frances also operated her own catering service.
Frances will be sadly missed by her sons, Ronald (Cindi) of Antwerp & Lynn (Carol) of Oriedo, FL; sister, Wanda Hunt of Antwerp; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Her funeral service is 11 am on Wednesday, May 11th at Antwerp United Methodist Church, 202 East River Street, Antwerp, with Rev Michael Schneider officiating.
She will laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
Memorials are to Antwerp United Methodist Church Youth Program.
