Gary Bruns

Gary R. Bruns, 50, of Payne, passed away at 11:38 am, Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008 at Paulding County Hospital.

Gary was born in Hicksville, Ohio on November 9, 1957, the son of Eugene and Alice (Peck) Bruns of Payne.

Gary was a 1976 graduate of Wayne Trace High School; worked at Alco in Paulding and was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Parish.

He will be sadly missed by his parents; sisters, Theresa (Joe) Lehman of Haviland & Mary (Fritz) Cooper of Garrett, IN; brother, William (Karen) of New Haven and 8 nieces & nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Divine Mercy Catholic Parish (formerly St. John the Baptist), Payne, at 11 am on Saturday, July 26th, with Rev. G. Allan Fillman officiating.

He will be laid to rest at St John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Payne.

A Rosary Service will be held 7:30 pm Friday at Dooley Funeral Home by Deacon Don Coughlin.
