Helen Louise McCullough Fast, 97, of Canton, Georgia, formerly of Findlay and Payne, Ohio passed away at home Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
Helen was born in Bowling Green, Ohio on October 2, 1925, a daughter of the late Esther (Krise) and Charles Parsons.
She worked in quality control at Dana Weatherhead in Antwerp and retired after 40 plus years. Helen loved competition from a good round of golf, bowling a few frames to a fun festive euchre game with family and friends. Helen also loved to cook, the famous Sunday Fried Chicken with her legendary Strawberry and Rhubarb Custard Pie plus the Christmas Eve Seafood Chowder. Helen lived at The Arbor in Bridgemill in Canton Ga. for the last two years of her life. She made many dear friends there and was heralded as “The Bingo Queen”! Helen will always be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had a driving spirit that lives on in her family.
Helen will be sadly missed by her children, Linda (the late Bill) Benschneider, Barbara (the late Ken) Lentz, Patricia (Craig) Meadows, Vickie (Del) Baroni and David (Stephanie) McCullough; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
Helen was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul McCullough and son, Terry McCullough; siblings, Edgar, Orville, Arthur, Lois and Rex.
