Homer J. Sanders, Jr.

Homer J. Sanders, Jr., 66, of Antwerp passed away at 5:15 am, Monday, July 12th, at his residence.

He was born in Antwerp, Ohio on May 9, 1944, a son of Julia Belle (McCreery) and the late Homer J. Sanders, Sr.

He was the owner at Sander's Auto Rebuilding, Antwerp. He enjoyed watching Bald Eagles and writing photo journals in the West Bend News about local Eagle sightings.

On December 12, 1964 he married Karen Heck, who survives.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Karen; mother, Julia; sons, Homer J. III & Roger (Sondra) all of Antwerp; sisters, Sandra Williams of Ossian, IN, Joyce Metro of Fort Wayne, Paulette Jennings of Corunna, IN & Wilma Milan of Metropolis, IL; brothers, Michael of Edgerton, Kevin of Cecil & Kim of Lavonia, MI and 6 grandchildren.

His graveside service is at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp, at 11 am on Wednesday, July 14th, with Rev. Jim Edwards officiating.
