JAKE ZARTMAN

WESLEY F. "JAKE" ZARTMAN, age 80, of Antwerp, Ohio , passed away at 4:00 AM, Wednesday, February 21st, 2007 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville.

Born in Haviland, Ohio on March 15, 1926, he was the son of the late Harold and Viola (Matthews) Zartman.

He served in the U.S. Army in WW II.

On March 2, 1958 Jake married Lelia Shannon, who preceded him in death.

He was a grain loader at Select Seed retiring in 1983.

Jake will be sadly missed by his Step Daughter, Carol (Nathan) Doctor of Antwerp; Sisters, Katherine Fegley, Denene Yenser, Hilda Lyons, Olive Dinger, Genevieve Hoaglin, Edie Mills all of Payne; Brothers, Harold (Margie), Lennis both of Payne, Larry (Carol) of Sherwood, Bill of Antwerp; 3 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Jake's brother, John, has passed away.

You are invited to participate in his funeral service at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 AM on Saturday, February 24th.

You may call Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM and Saturday, 1 hour prior to his service at Dooley Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at Diehl Cemetery , Woodburn, Indiana with military honors from Antwerp VFW Post 5087.
