Jean Forrest

Jean L. Forrest, 83, of Hicksville, passed away Friday, September 2,
2011 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Jean was born in Covington, KY on April 9, 1928, a daughter of the late
Esther (Martin) and Bert  Major.

She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

On July 20, 1946 she married Bob Forrest. Bob passed away May 3, 2003.

Jean will be sadly missed by her daughters, Kay (James) Morhart of
Woodburn, IN, Jan (Pete) Manuguerra, of Medina; son,Todd (Marie) of
Toledo 6 grandchildren&  7 great grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death are her siblings, Jack, Bert&  Peggy Major,
Helen Welling&  Ruth Clinton and grandson, Zachary.

Her funeral service is at Bethel United Methodist Church, Antwerp, on
Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 10 am.

Viewing is at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp on
Friday, from 4 to 8 pm.

Memorials are to the church or Hicksville Senior Center.
