Jerry S. Williamson

Jerry S. Williamson, age 56 of Paulding, passed away, at 7:13 pm, Saturday, Januray 15, 2005 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born in Fort Wayne, the son of the late Clyde and Marie Neal (Barfield) Williamson. Jerry served his country in the U.S. Army and then married his wife Connie (Craig) on April 15, 1972. Along with his memberships in the Paulding VFW Post 587 and Fraternal Order of Eagles, he enjoyed playing golf and pool. He retired from General Motors Powertrain, Defiance, Ohio. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Connie of Paulding; daughters, Patsy Williamson of Sherwood, Beth Matthes of Paulding, Brenda Ross of Cecil and Terry Hunt of Paulding; sister, Cindy Bennett of Paulding; brother Jim Williamson of Green Up, Kentucky and grandchildren Sara & Raymon Matthews, Vince & Maycee Ross, Conner Howell and Lane Hunt. Jerry's sister, Kate and brothers, Pert & Steve have passed away. You are invited to participate in his funeral service at Dooley Funeral Home at 11 am on Thursday, January 20th, with Reverend Melvina Baxter officiating. You may call Wednesday from 2 until 4 & 6 until 8 pm with and Eagles Service at 7 pm and Thursday after 10 am at the funeral home. Jerry will be laid to rest at Paulding Memorial Cemetery with military honors. In his memory contributions may be made to the charity of you choice.
