Please know that Karen was loved by many! She was a wonderful and kind friend. I cherish the beautiful baby blanket she crocheted for me, gifting it to me when I left IPFW. I wrapped all 7 of my grandbabies in it. Karen\'s legacy of light and love will live on through all the kindness she shared with us.

Karen was a friend of all she worked with in the IT dept. She was so dedicated to her work when she literally worked day and night to install the new campus wide system. It could not have been accomplished without her and her friend Julie. We loved decorating with her for the Homecoming Hall contests. She was so artistic and her crafts were so amazing. She was also an amazing cook. I can still taste her grape pie. Her knitting and crocheting was so pretty. I keep one of her pieces in my craft room. She will be missed but not forgotten by her friends who have a lot of fun memories of her.
