Larry K Brinneman

Larry K. Brinneman, 72, of Antwerp passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.

Larry was born in Poneto, Indiana on April 3, 1943, a son of the late Esther (Losure)  and Carl  Brinneman.

He served proudly in the U.S. Marines from 1961 to 1965. Larry was a member of Antwerp VFW Post 5087 & the Atomic Veterans Assn.  He was equally proud to be a father & grandfather and loved to fish.

On April 12, 1968 he married Janet Bowers, who preceded him in death along with his sisters, Donna Jean Sweet & Mary (Allen) Smith.

He will be sadly missed by his 3 children, Randy (Chris) & Travis both of Fort Wayne & Melissa (Tom) VanVlerah of Antwerp; siblings, Neal (Carol) of NC, Leon (Judy) & Rex (Lorene) both of CA & Doris (Norman) Chartier of PA; 9 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.  

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp at 2 pm on Saturday, January 9th,  with Viewing one hour prior.

Viewing is also Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home. 

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, with military honors.
