Larry Lee Hoover, 78, of Antwerp passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at Vancrest of Antwerp.
Larry was born in Fort Wayne on May 8, 1935, a son of the late Beatrice (DeLong) and Harry Hoover.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1962 & worked at BF Goodrich.
He was a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church; Harley Owners Group & the NRA. Larry loved riding his Harley Davidson, skeet shooting and Nascar.
Larry will be fondly remembered by his sisters, Janice (Gerald) Hanko of New London, OH & Joyce Hoover of Bluffton, IN; nieces, Amy Hanko, Kate (Shane) Siefert, Amanda Fox & Sarah (Brian) Pickell; great nieces & nephews, Braden & Megan Siefert and Todd & Ryan Fox.
His service is at Antwerp United Methodist Church, 202 E. River Street, Antwerp, Ohio at 2:30 PM on Monday, December 30th, with viewing one hour prior.
Viewing is also Sunday, 1 - 4 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, with military honors.
