Leona Rothgeb

Leona "Tannie" Rothgeb, 63, of Antwerp, passed away at 9:30 am, Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Leona was born in Hicksville, Ohio on November 5, 1944, the daughter of the late Vernon W. and Julia E. (Sigler) Morris.

She was a member of the Antwerp Church of Christ, a lifetime member of Antwerp VFW Post 5087 Auxiliary. Leona loved bluegrass music and playing cards on Friday night at Ida Stiner's.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Tannie "Ree" Tate of Spring City, TN and son & daughter-in-law, James & Karrie Rothgeb of Akron; sister, Nancy Howard of Hicksville & brother, Glenn "Butch" Morris. Her sister, Sharon McClish, has passed away.

You are invited to participate in her memorial service at the Antwerp Church of Christ at 11 am on Saturday, January 5th.
