Mandi Layman

Amanda M. Layman, 32, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Payne, Ohio passed away at 4:48 pm, Monday, January 19th, 2009 at Parkview Hospital.

Mandi was born in Paulding, Ohio on April 14, 1976, the daughter of Edgar and Lucy (Knuckles) Asher. She was a claims specialist at Indiana Epilepsy & Child Neurology, Ft. Wayne and graduated from Ohio State School of Cosmetology.

On July 4, 1999, Mandi married John Layman, who survives.

Mandi will be sadly missed by her husband, John; son, Darian; daughter, Isabel; parents, Ed & Lucy Asher of Payne; brother, John of Payne; sister, Angela Pachuta of Ft Wayne & 17 nieces and nephews.

You are invited to participate in her funeral service at Payne Church of the Nazarene at 11 am on Saturday, January 24th, with viewing one hour prior to her service. Rev. Mike Harper will officiate.

She will be laid to rest at Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne.
