Mario Victor Bazali

Mario Bazali, 56 of Shelbyville, Michigan, formerly of Antwerp,  passed away  February 19, 2016. He was raised in Antwerp where he was born on Jan 9, 1960,  the son of Walter and Melina (Blokar) Bazali  Mario was a lover of cars, trucks and racing. He was a kind and considerate man, who would do anything for anyone and a friend to many in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina and other places as he traveled while self-employed in the trucking industry.  He always had a great story to tell at family gatherings and will be missed.

Surviving are sisters Kristina Bazali (Rod Walters), Lidia Johnson (Michael).  Nephews – Nathaniel Walters, Justin Johnson and Niece – Katrina Smoker. Great Nephew – Steven Redifer and Great Niece – Natalya Redifer.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11 am, with visitation one hour prior at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp.
