Mary Marie Wobler

Mary Marie Wobler, 79, of Payne passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Vancrest of Convoy. 

Mary was born in Payne on July 14, 1936, a daughter of the late Lula (Robeson) and Lemuel V Fulmer.

Worshipping at Payne Church of the Nazarene was important to Mary.  Her actions as a nurses aid at Paulding County Hospital & Dallas Lamb Foundation Home spoke to the kind person that she was. Mary was also an excellent cook and even owned her own restaurant in Newport, TN at one time.

in 1954 she married Richard Wobler who died in 1982.  

She will be sadly missed by her children, Dawn of Convoy & Brad of Payne; siblings, Ilean Lanzer, Shirley Myers & Sharon Martenies; 5 grandchildren and 1  great grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death are her sons, Richard & Jeff Wobler and brother, Kenny Fulmer.

Her graveside ceremony is Wednesday, 2:30 pm at Wiltsie Cemetery, Road 51, Payne.
