Maxine Cornely

Maxine Cornely, 87, formerly of Akron, died Thursday, January 17th, 2008 in Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born Sept. 11, 1920. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jack.

Surviving are two children, Ralph of Decatur, Indiana & Laura (John) Rindahl of Antwerp; 2 sisters Barbara Grandon of Warren, Ohio & Mary Menhorn; 2 grandchildren, Melissa & John Rindahl; a great grandchild, Chase and many nieces and nephews.

She was a devoted wife, wonderful mother and friend to many. She will be dearly missed.

Burial will be along side her husband at Arlington National Cemetery. Private family sevices will be held at a later date.
