Michael Jay Jackson

Michael Jackson, 59, of Montpelier, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Evergreen Manor.

Mike was born in Defiance on January 18, 1956, a son of the late Lois (Maass) and Donald  Jackson.

He worked at  GM Powertrain, Dalton Machine Shop and farmed for many years.

Mike enjoyed his service on the Crane Township Fire Department, was an avid NASCAR fan and prided himself on being a blood donor.

On April 22, 2006 he married Patricia Lovejoy.

Mike will be sadly missed by his wife, Pat; stepdaughters, Annie Moon & Evonne Hager all of Montpelier; siblings, Brenda (Lawrence) Temple of Payne & Steve (Lori) of Mark Center.

His memorial service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp at 11 am on Tuesday, May 26th, with visitation one hour prior.
