Mickae Schlatter

Mickae Lee Schlatter, 20, of Antwerp, passed away Saturday, October 15th, suddenly, in a vehicular accident in Van Wert County.

She was born in Fort Wayne on March 4, 1991, a daughter of Cynthia (Savage) and Benjamin Schlatter

She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Antwerp.  She was an outstanding student and athlete at Antwerp High School, where she played volleyball & basketball and ran track.            

After graduating from high school in 2009, Mickae attended Bowling Green State University, but  was now studying computer science engineering at Ohio State, while working at UPS in Columbus.  She was still active in sports at OSU, especially club volleyball.  

Mickae will be sadly missed by her parents, Ben & Cynthia; sisters, Bryn & Kole; brother, Lee; grandmother, Peggy Savage all of Antwerp.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen & Ben Schlatter & Rex "Pete" Savage.

Visitation is Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 2 to 8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River St., Antwerp.

Services are private.
