Mike "Detroit" Moore

Michael "Detroit" Moore, 67, of Antwerp, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Mike was born in Fort Wayne on May 22, 1944, a son of the late Josephine (Noble) and Edward  Moore.

He served in the Army National Guard.

He farmed most of his life and worked nearly 20 years at General Electric.

Mike will be sadly missed by his brother, Edward; niece, Kelly (Jeff) both of Antwerp; nephews, Scott of Fort Wayne & Chris (Whitney) of Nashville.

He is also preceded in death by his brother, Thomas.    

Viewing is Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Friday, March 16th, with viewing one hour prior.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
