Paul Katschke

Paul B. Katschke, 74, of Hicksville, passed away at 5:40 am, Thursday, March 20th, 2008 at Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.

Paul was born in Demham, Indiana on May 9, 1933, the son of the late Alexander and Bessie (Pelsor) Katschke.

He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War and retired from Borg-Warner, Chicago.

Paul is survived by daughters, Pamela Carr, Fremont, MI & Tracy Eitniear, Continental; sons, Paul of Butler, IN & William of Hicksville; sisters, Elaine Rowe of Kankakee, IL & Pauline Drager of Pinellas Park, FL; brother, Richard of Kankakee, IL; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death are his daughter, Kathleen Manella & son, John.

You are invited to participate in his service at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Tuesday, March 25th, with Rev. Gary Gates officiating.

You may call Monday, 2 to 8 pm and Tuesday, 1 hour prior to services at Dooley Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.

The family requests donations to Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.
