Paul F. Klender, 87, of Cecil passed away Friday, December 19th, at The Gardens of Paulding.
Paul was born August 15, 1927, a son of Bertha (Andes) and Ernest Klender on the family farm in Antwerp. He graduated from Antwerp High School in 1945 & married Peggy Lutz
on Jan. 21, 1950.
Paul was a dedicated farmer and worked at International Harvester for 22 years. He was a former Crane Twp. Trustee, member of Antwerp United Methodist Church, Cecil Community Grange & Paulding County Farmers Union.
Preceding him in death were his parents and brothers, Raymond & Kenneth.
Paul will be greatly missed by his wife of 64 years, Peggy; 4 daughters, Connie (Steve) Rose of Fort Wayne, Judy (Jim) Dulaney of Columbus, Cheryl (Richard) Parrish of Antwerp & Laura Lynn (Todd) Muzzillo of Huntertown, IN; 8 grandchildren, Sara (Andy) Finnegan of Oakwood, Jason (Michelle) Rose of Monclova, Kari (Kevin) Cogdell of Leo, IN, Jennifer, Jeremy (Jeri) & Julie Dulaney of Columbus, Landon & Giana Muzzillo of Huntertown & 9 great grandchildren, Dexter, Josey, Emme, Weston, Simon, Jesse, Jackson, Gabe & Isaac.
His funeral service is at Antwerp United Methodist Church at 11 am, with viewing one hour prior on Tuesday, December 23rd.
Viewing is also Monday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
He will be laid to rest at Bethel Cemetery.
