Renay Jo Roddy

Renay Jo Roddy, 55, of Van Wert, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.

Renay was born in Van Wert on August 24, 1967, a daughter to Sally (Palmer) & the late Roger Roddy.

Renay was very passionate about her work and her family. She loved being a preschool teacher at Wee Care Learning Center in Van Wert. She dedicated 36 years of her life there. She cared deeply for her family and cherished the time she was able to spend with them.

She will be sadly missed by her mother, Sally Roddy; siblings, Lisa (Terry) Carter & Ronda (George) Schaffer; & several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her partner, Bill Gibson; & sister, Laura Ross.

Viewing is Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 4-7 PM at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne, Ohio 45880.

Service is Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM with viewing one hour prior.

She will be laid to rest at Wiltsie Cemetery.

Memorials are to the Wee Care Learning Center.
