Rheeta D. Jackson

Rheeta D. Jackson, 86, of Dublin, Ohio and formerly of Antwerp, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 11, 2022. 

Rheeta was born in Antwerp on April 11, 1935, a daughter of the late Vivienne Hitzeman and Dale Ehrhart. 

In her career, she worked as a buyer for Dana Weatherhead in Antwerp. She thoroughly enjoyed her friends in the Red Hat Society, but loved being a wife, mother and grandmother the most. 

She will be sadly missed by her husband, R. Mardell Jackson, to whom she was married December 19, 1953, her daughter Suzanne (Michael) McCarthy, her sisters Karla (Carl) Duke and Marla (David) Daeger, her grandchildren Anna (Adam) Siebenaler, Sean (Melissa) McCarthy, Joshua Jackson, Jared (Drea) McCarthy, Erin (Ernesto) Villarreal and Brooke (Jeff) Appel, together with eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Tim Jackson and her sister, Sheila Hicov. 

Viewing is Wednesday, March 16, 2022, from 4 to 7 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp, Ohio.

Service is Thursday, March 17, 2022, 10:30 am, with viewing one hour prior to the service, at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp, Ohio.

She will be laid to rest in Maumee Cemetery in Antwerp.
