Robert Buchan

Robert "Jim" Buchan, 82, of New Haven, Indiana passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home.

Jim was born in Fort Wayne on January 13, 1937, a son of the late Mary (Waltenburg) and Ralph  Buchan.

Jim drove for Erie Haven Redi-Mix for 43 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Jim loved fishing, gardening and did beautiful woodworking projects that are used by his family today.

Jim will be sadly missed by his wife of 60 years, Thelma "Jean" (Reed); children, Vickie (Matt) Carroll, Cindy Buchan  & Greg (Chris) Buchan; siblings, Jerry ( Audrey) & Bert (Ciss) Buchan and grandsons, Mitchel & Erik Buchan.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, David & Thomas Buchan.

His funeral service is 10 am, with viewing one hour prior on Monday, November 25th at Woodburn Missionary Church, 5108 Bull Rapids Rd, Woodburn, IN 46797.

Viewing is also, Sunday, November 24th, 2 - 5 pm at Woodburn Missionary Church.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp, Ohio.
