Robert Earl Foust
Robert Earl Foust, 84, of Payne, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at The Gardens of Paulding.
Bob was born in Payne on November 20, 1927, a son of the late Grace (Purk) and Harry "Bill" Foust.
He served in the U.S. Navy and worked at Fruehauf for many years. Bob was a lifetime member of the NRA, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a member of Saint Jacob's United Church of Christ.
On Aug 30, 1947 he married Marjorie Harting.
Bob will be sadly missed by his wife, Marjorie; children, David (Evelyn) of New Haven, Indiana & Caroline (Bob) Young of Delaware, Ohio; brother, Leo Lyon of Albany, IN; 3 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.
He is also preceded in death by his son, Michael & siblings, Budd Lyon & Helen Murray.
His service is at Saint Jacob's United Church of Christ, Payne, at 2 pm on Sunday, November 11th, with viewing one hour prior. Rev. James Langham will officiate.
Bob will be laid to rest at Lehman Cemetery with military honors.
