Rolana "Lana" Sue Hutchins

Rolana "Lana" Hutchins-Clark, 78, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville. 

Lana was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 17, 1944, a daughter of the late Mary (Evans) & Roland Hutchins.

Lana graduated from Paulding High School and continued her education in Fort Wayne. From there, she spent her life caring for others as a nurse. Her first job was at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne and most recently she worked at Pinecrest Nursing and Convalescent Home as a care plan coordinator. Not only did she care so much for her patients, but she loved her family with the same devotion. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great granddaughter. Lana will be missed for her great attitude filled with humor and laughter. 

Lana will be deeply missed by her children, Joanne (John Tuthill) Clark Crooker, Angela Spickelmier, & Jonathan (Kristin) Spickelmier; siblings, Brenda (Mark) Yoh, Charla (the late Lanny) Stabler, & Cindy (Jim) Speers; grandchildren, Scott, Melissa, Alexandra, Ellie, Cordes, Emma Maxine, & Bryant; & great granddaughter, Olivia. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Clark, & brother, Jim Hutchins. 

Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1 PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church with visitation from 12 - 1 PM.

She will be laid to rest at Bethel Cemetery, Antwerp, Ohio.
