Ruth Ann Elkins

Ruth Elkins, 54, of Cecil, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at her home.

Ruth was born June 19, 1966, a daughter of Teddy (Gilbert) and Charles Keeler.

She was a graduate of Vantage career center, where she studied culinary arts. She used those skills as a lunch server for much of her life. Ruth was a loving spouse, mother, and grandmother, who loved to garden and plant flowers, but most of all, spend time with her family.  

Ruth will be sadly missed by her husband, Pat, to whom she married June 29, 1985; children, Chelsey Elkins, Courtney (Jimmy) Myers, & Patrick (Rebecca) Elkins; siblings, Stacy (Kevin) Barber, Jim (Penny) Keeler, Bryon (Kendra) Keeler, & Nelda (Jim) Prather; & grandchildren, Tavin, Cheyenne, Emma, Gemma, Roland, & Abigale.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles, and her daughter, Nikita Lee Elkins.
