Wendy Burns

Wendy Lynette Burns, 38, of Antwerp, passed away Saturday, April 5th, 2008 at her residence.

She was born in Paulding, Ohio on August 14, 1969.

Wendy previously worked at Dana, Fort Wayne & was a member of Antwerp VFW Post Auxiliary & St. Mary's Catholic Church, Antwerp.

Wendy will be sadly missed by her sons, Zach Burns & Jacob Patterson; mother & father, Marlene (Rockstroh) & Roger Pier; father, Harold Burns all of Antwerp; sisters, Pam Bohner & Tam Pollock, both of Antwerp, Leila Becker of Chesterfield, IN; brothers, Robert, Kenneth & Michael Herber all of Antwerp & Tom Herber of Fort Wayne; 1/2 sister, Kim of Florida; 1/2 brothers Randy of Garrett & Mike of Fort Wayne; step sisters, Lisa Ridgeway of Antwerp & Tracey Fahling of Fort Wayne; step brother Douglas Pier of Fort Wayne; special friend, Ronald Burney and several nieces & nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Antwerp, 10 am on Friday, April 11th, with Father Thomas Oedy officiating.

A Catholic Vigil Service will be held Thursday, 8 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.
