Wendy Carlisle

Wendy A. Carlisle, 46, of Cecil, passed away at 11 am, Thursday, September 18th, 2008 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana.

Wendy was born in Toledo on June 19, 1962, the daughter of Donald and Nelda (Franks) Evers.

She was the office manager at Strable Paving, Cecil & a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Paulding.

On October 28, 2006 she married Steve Carlisle, who survives.

Wendy will be sadly missed by her husband, Steve; mother, Nelda Evers of Paulding; daughter, Lindsay (Nathan) Metzger of Van Wert; sons, Kyle Mawer of Paulding & Ryan Mawer of Cecil; step son, Steven Carlisle of Van Wert; sisters, Chris (Steve) Talley of Arlington, TX & Stacey (Terry) Riley of Paulding; brothers, Bradley (Cindy) & Toby (Deb) Evers of Oregon, Ohio and grandson, Gavin Metzger. She was preceded in death by her father.

You are invited to participate in her funeral service at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Tuesday, September 23rd, with viewing one hour prior. Rev. Joseph Allan will officiate.

Viewing is also Monday, 2 to 8 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at Bethel Cemetery, Cecil.
