William Lenial Jones

William "Bill" Jones, age 78 of Antwerp, passed away Thursday, 4 PM at Paulding County Hospital. He was born April 13, 1926 in Butler, Indiana, the son of the late Elmer L. and Jessie (Engle) Jones.
Bill was an inspector at General Electric in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He always enjoyed boating and fishing at the lake. He was a United States Navy veteran, who served in World War II. On May 19, Bill married Patty L. Vandermark.
He will be sadly missed by Patty, his three sons, Daniel and John of Antwerp and David of Payne, Ohio, his two sisters, Carma Doctor of Payne and Jane Boyer of Hamilton, Indiana; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. His son, Michael; grandson, Christopher and sister, Lillian Lingvai have passed away.
You may call Monday, December 27th, from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM at DOOLEY FUNERAL HOME of Antwerp.
You are invited to participate in Bill's service, Tuesday at 11 AM at DOOLEY FUNERAL HOME, with calling after 10 AM. Reverend Jim Edwards will officiate at his service.
Bill will be laid to rest at Antwerp's Maumee Cemetery with full military honors from Antwerp VFW Post 5087.
